  • Do you offer subscription boxes?
    We currently are offering pre-order boxes of the LunaLux and Bone & Steel, then subscriptions for both. We also have digital subscriptions coming for guided meditation, grimoire pages and DIY krafting. You can also find some of our other box selections in our Artisan shop, from past months or goodie boxes that give you a surprise mix!
  • How do I sign up for or cancel a subscription?
    You can go to the product page where there is a description of our current subscriptions, click the 'sign up' button and follow the instructions on how to complete your registration. If you would like to cancel, simply go into your account, find the subscription you no longer need, and cancel your services. If you cancel prior to your billing DATE, you will not be charged. If you cancel ON the billing DATE or after, the auto-pay will go through and you will get ONE MORE MONTH of product or service; cancelling any new billing thereafter.
  • What are your subscriptions currently?
    Coming Soon...We will offer digital service subscriptions for courses, guided meditation, monthly Grimoire pages {digital print-at-home} and monthly DIY Krafting Rituals. All subscriptions will send you out a welcome email, a breakdown of what is included and will instantly give you your first month. After that, you will get billed monthly {auto-bill} to receive a new monthly service, digital product or course. We also have pre-orders for the LunaLux box and Bone & Steel.
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns on items once they are shipped, but if they arrive damaged, missing or broken - simply send us a photo of your damaged item for replacement and we will send you a new one. Communication must be received within 30 days of the item being shipped out, and additional processing must occur to check on inventory, options and confirmation. If we do not feel the item is qualified for a replacement, alternative options will be offered.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    If you purchased a physical item from our Artisan shop, it will take 3-5 business days to get processed, and then you will get notified of your eta for your package via our email system, as long as you add in your contact information.
  • What is your purchase policy?
    Once you have purchased your physical items, you will have until it gets shipped out to cancel your order and get a refund. If the items have already been shipped, you cannot cancel your order or receive a refund. If you have purchased a course, a digital service or an event - the purchase policy is different for each one and is outlined on the description page.
