Description
This is the original painting of 'Totem Falcon' from the shaman ritual, created to connect to the power spirit of the Falcon and the talisman totem that was given to me in meditation by a medicine man in the Redwood forests.
It represents the sun rising, and shining light on the land, the three realms {upper, middle and lower worlds} and the stages of consciousness, as well as protection. The falcon is my keeper, my protector, it warns and it helps guides. It is native to my area and I hear them daily and call back to them as they speak to me.
I used watercolor, metallic ink, pigment, moon charged salts, real gold flakes, and gel pen as well as palo santo smoke, essential oil of Fennel {which grows wild in Humboldt county where the Redwoods are} Yerba Santa {native to the Central Coast of California and gives both positive energy and clears negative entities} and intuitive energy of protection and light.
It was painted on archival 140lb 9x12" professional watercolor paper and has the signature of the artist and the wax seal, will come protected and sealed and will have the certificate of authenticity.
