When you purchase a subscription you are agreeing to the following:

Subscriptions are now only Month to Month and have no end date unless you cancel. We no longer sell single box purchases or multi-month prepaid subscriptions. Previously purchased prepaid subscriptions will be honored until they expire. 

**You may pause or skip a month in your subscription instead of cancelling and you will keep your membership price.  If you cancel you may be subject to a price increase once you re-subscribe.

All boxes can not be returned and there are no refunds on delivered boxes.  If your box is lost in transit or has damaged items, please contact care@wolfandthyme.com so they can help you with your service.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure none of the items in the box cause allergic reactions and they must handle items with safety such as candles.

If you would like to cancel your subscription you must do it 15 days prior to your next automatic charge so that your billing will not go through.  Otherwise that will be your last box and your last payment.

Subscriptions can be cancelled by Wolf & Thyme for any reason should issues occur only when all other options have been exhausted.

Wolf & Thyme is not responsible for any issues with the shipping process once the boxes are shipped but will do their best to help resolve any inconveniences.

Subscriptions can be upgraded or downgraded at anytime prior to your payment on the 15th of every month.

All items in the boxes are the responsibility of the customer and should be handled as directed in a safe and logical manner.

All customer service questions or concerns are handled through the website via our email care@wolfandthyme.com and will be responded to within 5 business days, excluding holidays.
