Yes, occasionally we do have overstock of some complete boxes in 'Past Boxes' or we sell the individual items. These will be made available in our shop.
If we have any available stock left over, we will list them in the Past Boxes Collection. We send out an email in our newsletter list first, then post it on Social Media. They sell out quickly so the best way to get one is to sign up for notifications.
Occasionally, we have a surplus of some individual items, but not enough to procure a full box. We will list any that are available, in our shop.
•Subscription boxes are always sent out the NEXT MONTH after you subscribe by the 12th - 18th, or the following business day- if there are no Global supply chain issues, Covid delays, etc.
•REGULAR purchases {non-subscriptions} get shipped out 2-3 business days after your purchase.
•You will receive tracking info for your shipments so you may track their progress.
•Shipments within the US generally take 3-5 business days to deliver.
•International delivery time varies so hang on to your tracking info.

As long as you place your subscription order within this month, you'll be set to receive next month's box!
Make sure that when you select your subscription box, to click on the 'monthly' or 'quarterly' options. THEN when you check out, it should say 'MONTHLY' or 'EVERY THREE MONTHS' (depending on if you get the Wolf & Thyme box or the Bone & Steel box) for auto-pay. If it doesn't say that when you go to check out, then you are getting a one-time box. Only auto-pays are subscriptions. If you have a subscription it will show up in your login account under 'manage subscription' where your auto-pay and details are stored. If there is nothing there, then you only paid for a one time box.
If this is a gift or you are wanting to get a box sooner, you can purchase a Past Month one, or go to our Curated Gift Box Collections which get mailed out within 2-3 business days.
In order for us to get a final count of all of our new and recurring subscribers, we have to wait until the end of the month to make our mailing list. Then all purchases are cut off and we start the shipping process. Sending out boxes within the same month could cause a shortage, or create confusion for those who need to change their account status.

No, we no longer offer any multi-month prepaid subscription options. To alleviate confusion during the purchase process, we've moved to a simplified month to month subscription option only.
We have changed our subscription box model to only have one box so we can combine both into a mid-range selection of 8-10 items that are affordable and offer more handmade and exclusive products.
If you have BOTH subs, you need to cancel one, so you don't get {2} boxes.
Your current subscription will roll into the new one at the new price of $54 plus shipping (and applicable taxes for your state or country) and will now be the Wolf & Thyme Official box with 8-10 items. You do not have to do anything different to your account unless you order both boxes - then you will need to cancel one so you don't receive 2 Wolf & Thyme Official boxes. You can manage your account as usual through your login account manager 'manage subscription'.
All pre-paid subscriptions will be cancelled and will expire after your last box. If it is still current you will be switched over in JULY 2022 to the Wolf & Thyme Official Box until all of your boxes are done. There are no refunds or returns per our policy. If you want to continue your subscription you must re-subscribe for the monthly box.
The Bone & Steel box ships out between the 12th-18th, or the following business day, of the quarterly month that you purchased for as stated on the product page. Example: If you bought the June quarterly box, you can expect shipping by June 12th-18th. *We do not ship out on holidays or weekends **Delays can occur from Covid, Global shipping shortages, weather challenges and lost packages. Your tracking will be sent out once your box is scanned and tracking will be updated in your personal online account manager on the website.
You can find the 'LOGIN' link in our menu and at the head icon in our header. There you can manage your shop account for purchases, your address, your name, your login information, and manage your subscription account. You can cancel, skip, and change your address for your subscription boxes there. Be sure to update BOTH your subscription manager and your shop manager with the new address to be sure it gets to you.
If you have unsubscribed to our emails, you will not get any of our important updates on shipping delays, box updates, shop news, products, sales, discount codes, rewards point notifications, etc. You may also be getting them delivered but they are going into your junk or spam folder so check there as well. You can also follow us on facebook and instagram where we post important updates as well.

No - All subscriptions run on the 15th so you must skip or cancel your subscription before that date in order to NOT get next months box, and to stop any charges from going through. Any action on the 15th or following, will skip or cancel the box after that.
If your item was broken because of shipping damages, we will do our best to replace it if we have leftover stock available, when you send us a photo of the broken item via email. Missing items are confirmed with inventory, and then once confirmed we will send them to you ASAP.
Since we handle such a large volume of bulk orders for subscription boxes, we cannot sub out anything for subscription boxes, regardless of the reason.
If it is a curated gift box, and it is allergy related, we may be able to sub it out with something more suitable within the same price range if you email us at Care@wolfandthyme.com.
In your login account, you can manage your karma points there. It will show you how to redeem them and then give you a discount code to use at checkout for credit. This code does not expire so you can use it anytime. However it does not give you additional savings on sale items, and cannot be combined with other codes or discounts. You can keep your points and build them up even more for giant savings! After you use them you start fresh and gather them up again!
We answer emails Mon-Fri one to three days after we receive them, if they are not answered by our auto-reply email and you can't find the answer you're looking for. We don't work holidays or weekends and shut down during subscription ship out days.
We no longer offer that feature because it was drastically altering our inventory numbers for each month's total subscribers. Instead you can 'skip' your payment for the next month's box before the 15th of the month's billing cycle.
