Subscription Box Shipping Policy

  • Due to the current global shipping supply chain issue, we can no longer guarantee a shipping date for our subscriptions. We will work to get your box to you quickly as possible. All subscription purchases are for the next month's box. As long as you order within the current month, you'll receive the next month's box!
  • All shipping is through USPS
  • International orders are set at flat shipping rates

 Non-Subscription Box Order Shipping Policy

  • Orders for all non-subscription box products will be shipped in 2-3 business days.
  • All shipping is through USPS and there are set flat rates for international orders.

Due to COVID-19, we are not currently accepting returns. However, if there are any issues, we encourage you to contact us at so that we may rectify the situation. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

 **There are no returns or refunds on subscription boxes.  If you decide to cancel after your payment has posted you will get your last box for that theme month.  If you cancel prior to your payment posting you will not be charged and you will have finished your service.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
