We will be meeting at the parking lot at the historical house museum in Montana de Oro State Park in Los Osos.  It will be a time to connect to the grounding energy of the land, meditate by the sea, let out your creative emotions, and meet some like-minded souls on the day of the Full Moon.

There will be some vegan snacks provided, along with an exercise, art supplies and a guided meditation.  Please bring a backpack or bag to collect treasures, wear comfortable hiking clothes and shoes, a hat, sunscreen, water and an offering to the land. {such as herbs, seeds, dried fruit, shells, feathers, etc}

There is a small donation asked to cover cost and service, and ticket must be shown before the hike is started.  This is a community event and we require respect, universal kindness, humble listeners and nature lovers.  Anyone caught damaging the landscape, disrespecting others or nature, or not acting with safety and common sense will be asked to leave.  This is a state park where there are rules, and unfortunately no dogs are allowed on the trails, only the beach.  

We will start with a short beginner style hike, return to the beach for a meditation, art therapy and a picnic.  Card readings will be available at the end of the event.  If you have any questions prior to signing up, please email us.  Thanks :)
